What do I need to do
to secure the date for my event?

Contact Choice Entertainment Group to discuss your requirements. we
will give you a price quote and confirm if we are available for the
specific date. We will then send you a services contract for you to
sign. You can then pay our minimal $125.00 "Booking Retainer" fee
via this website and the date belongs to you.
Does Choice
Entertainment Group carry Liability Insurance?
- Yes Choice
Entertainment Group carries a
Standard
One Million Dollar liability coverage.
What happens if part
of the sound system stops working during an event?
- Our Sound System
components are "pro level" concert series, designed for everyday
heavy duty use and are unlikely to malfunction. However, in the
unlikely event that there is a malfunction, we always carry a spare
amplifier and an additional digital music source.
What extra
requirements are needed for an outdoor event?
- In the case of an
outdoor event, all we ask is that suitable cover is provided for our
DJ and equipment and cover for our Catering Serving table as well.
If a suitable cover is not available, we can provide a suitably
sized tent, however there will be an additional charge based on the
size required. In regards to electrical power requirements, we will
need a minimum 15amp circuit (circuit cannot be shared, we will need
the full 15 amps of electrical power for our sound system).
How much time prior to
the event does "Choice" need access to the event location?
- Our Disc Jockey and
or catering staff require a minimum 2 hour setup time. So if your
event starts at 6:00pm, we will need full access to the location no
later than 4:00pm. We also require a minimum 45 minutes at the end
of the event to safely pack up our equipment.
